About me:

As a full-time engineer, part-time firefighter, husband, and father of three, I’ve lived the chaos of juggling nonstop responsibilities while trying to stay anchored to what matters most. I’ve experienced the crushing weight of overwhelm, the fog of depression, the ache of disconnection, the grip of addiction, and the sting of feeling inadequate—spinning my wheels without real progress.

But through deep reflection, an unrelenting drive for change, and a whole lot of faith, I built a personal framework rooted in the same Incident Command System we use in the fire service to stabilize emergencies and save lives. That same structure became my lifeline—helping me overcome anxiety, reclaim control, and dramatically change the trajectory of my life.

Today, I’m on a mission to help others do the same—to face life’s chaos with clarity, structure, and confidence, and to reclaim their sense of purpose. I created Purpose Protocol to give people the same tools that helped me stop just surviving—and start living with intention.

Through the Purpose Protocol framework—built on the same principles firefighters use to bring order to chaos—I teach a system for cutting through distraction, prioritizing what matters most, and building a structured, intentional life. This is about getting unstuck, taking ownership, and moving forward with focus and confidence—so you can finally show up for the life you were created to live.

I’ve always believed that every problem has a solution if we stay curious, think creatively and keep asking "why" until  we uncover the root cause. 

I am an engineer, firefighter, fitness advocate, triathlon enthusiast, a man of way too many hobbies, and devoted family man who thrives on helping others navigate life's challenges with balance, structure and purpose. 

Drawing from my unique blend of engineering expertise, first-responder experience, problem solving addiction and a heart to serve, I aim to empower dads to conquer overwhelm and reclaim control of their lives.
